Manchester United could offer Yannick Carrasco a transfer escape route, according to reports.
A report from Foot Mercato, suggest United have expressed an interest in the 25-year-old with the view to a potential move in the January window.
The Belgian international made a shock move to the Chinese Super League last year and is reportedly already seeking a move back to Europe and cutting short his spell at club side Dalian Yifang.
It is suggested Carrasco will consider his options in the coming weeks with AC Milan also rumoured to be monitoring his situation in China.
Carrasco's versatile attack style and ability to play on the right wing could appeal to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, however there is a rumoured stumbling block over any potential deal.
Recent speculations suggests the player's former Monaco manager Leonardo Jardim is set to takeover Dalian Yifang and could convince the winger to stay in China.
